During the pregnancy a women's body experiences a lot of changes, growth of uterus ans changes in hormones causes hip's pain.As your delivery date get closer this pain increases.Doing some exercises may give you a lot of relief from pain. Today we will give you some tips for some Hips pain exercises. These will be effective reducing pain also helpful in strengthening you thigh and pelvic muscles.
Raising Your Legs: This is very effective exercise to reduce Hips Pain During Pregnancy. To start this exercise lay down on your back and strectch both legs. After that raise your both legs in the air during this support your hips with your hands. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds.Repeat this for five to 8 times in the begning.
Butterfly Stretch: This exercise give strength to hip muscles and is very safe exercise for a pregnant women. This is very useful in hips pain and give relief to a great extent.To began this exercise get your position by sitting on the floor, now bend your knees and make sure your feet soles meet each other perfectly.Now lean your body forward and press your knees down. Stay in this position for a moment and get back to your intial position. repeat this 5-8 time in intial stages.
Hips Flexor Stretch Exercise: To reduce the Hips Pain During the Pregnancy this exercise is very effective and gave reasonable results.To start rest on your back and lift you right leg up,now slowly bend your knee and brought your thigh near to the chest.Now rise up and stood straight.Turn right foot at your knee and extend it backward to stretch your pelvic muscles. After completing repeat the same procedure for the left leg.
